6 Buildings – 28,000 square feet, built-up roof system removal, insulation, repair of rotten decking, 80 mil TPO built-in gutters, ice and water shield, Owens Corning Duration shingles. Completed safely while occupied.
Hopelink Apt. Complex
Bellevue, WA – Completed 2022
48,000 square foot apartment complex. Removal of existing asphalt shingles, replacement of rotten decking and installation of Owens Corning Oakridge shingles.
